MBDA’s Offer Selected for the Acquisition of the Main Activities of Centum T&S
- MBDA acquires the majority of the activities of Centum T&S, a company specialized in electronic engineering, based in Écully, Moirans and Palaiseau.
- MBDA creates a wholly owned subsidiary in France, further supporting the acceleration of its growth.
- More than 200 employees will join the new company to be created and become part of the MBDA Group.
June 8, 2026 — MBDA is acquiring the activities of the Écully, Moirans and Palaiseau sites of Centum T&S, which has been placed under judicial reorganization proceedings, including more than 200 employees. The company is recognized by its customers for the expertise of its engineering teams and the quality of its achievements in the fields of electronics and test benches.
This acquisition is part of MBDA’s strategy to expand its engineering and industrial capabilities in order to meet the growing needs of its markets. In this regard, the integration of Centum T&S’s recognized expertise in electronic engineering represents an important milestone in MBDA’s development.
A new company, wholly owned by MBDA, will be created to take over the assets of Centum T&S and ensure continuity of customer contracts. This new subsidiary will also support the acceleration of MBDA’s production activities in France.

The newly created company, building on the legacy of Centum T&S, will offer a wide range of engineering services to sovereign customers, helping them design and develop complex electronic products and subsystems.
