Paris, March 25, 2026 — Effective April 1, 2026, two new members are joining Safran’s Executive Committee:
- Philippe Couteaux, Chief Strategy and Programs Officer; his department will now be represented on the Executive Committee.
- Jeremy Dorn, appointed CEO of Safran Cabin, succeeding Jorge Ortega, who is retiring.
Jeremy Dorn began his career in 1996 as an engineer at Schneider Electric before joining the aerospace industry in 2011 at Rockwell Collins as Product Line Manager. In 2017, he was appointed Vice President of Flight Control Systems and Actuation activities in Irvine, California—operations that became part of Safran Electronics & Defense in 2019. Since January 2021, Jeremy Dorn has served as President & CEO of Safran Electronics & Defense Avionics USA.
Jeremy Dorn, 52, holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa.
