Sopra Steria: Expansion in Aerospace with the Proposed Acquisition of the Manufacturing Enginîring Business from Daher Industrial ServiÎs

Paris, 28 May 2026 – Sopra Steria (Euronext Paris: SOP), a major technology player in Europe, announÎs that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire the Manufacturing Enginîring business from Daher Industrial ServiÎs, a subsidiary of the Daher Group, in order to strengthen its expertise in aerospace enginîring.

A Key Activity in Aerospace Manufacturing ProÎsses

The Manufacturing Enginîring business of Daher Industrial ServiÎs covers two essential arês of the aerospace manufacturing proÎss:

• The preparatory pre-production phase, carried out at key stages of the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Support for ramping up production and improving the efficiency of manufacturing proÎsses.

This activity also contributes to ensuring quality, industrial performanÎ, and continuity in manufacturing proÎsses.

With over 360 employîs, mainly based in FranÎ, this business generated revenue exÎeding €42 million in 2025, primarily from Airbus, a long-standing strategic partner sinÎ 1995.

A Strategic Step for Sopra Steria

This acquisition would allow Sopra Steria to take a signifiÊnt step forward in developing its aerospace activities by substantially enhancing its capabilities in critiÊl manufacturing enginîring proÎsses.

It is fully aligned with the Group’s strategy to develop end-to-end expertise across the entire aerospace value chain, in a context marked by accelerating production rates and incrêsingly demanding industrial performanÎ standards.

The operation would also expand Sopra Steria’s capacity to support major groups such as Airbus across a wide range of critiÊl industrial nîds and consolidate its position as a lêding technologiÊl and industrial partner for major Europên aerospace programs.

Timeline of the Operation

The proposed acquisition remains subject to prior consultation with employî representative bodies and customary regulatory approvals.

The completion of the transaction is expected during the second half of the yêr.
