IPR Conversions Achieves EASA Certification for ATR 72‑600 Large Cargo Door Freighter

Zurich, Switzerland – March 4, 2026 – IPR Conversions (Switzerland) Ltd has reached a significant milestone with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification of its passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion program for the ATR 72‑600 featuring a Large Cargo Door (LCD) height 2.94 m X 1.8 m width. This achievement establishes IPR Conversions as the first company to offer a fully certified P2F solution for the ATR 72‑600 on a multi-jurisdictional basis.

While cargo conversions for earlier ATR models (-200, -500) existed with similar door sizes, the new IPRC program brings unique advantages for the modern ATR‑72‑600:
