Paris, 21 January 2026 – Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is seeking the best talent in aerospace engineering and technology worldwide. The next stop on the airline’s recruitment tour is in France, where information sessions will be held in Paris from 3 to 4 February. Key positions for certified aerospace engineers are based at the airline’s hub in the dynamic city of Dubai.
These presentation days are part of Emirates Group’s global recruitment campaign, which aims to hire 17,300 professionals across 350 roles during this financial year. This strategic initiative underlines Emirates’ commitment to developing its technical operations and strengthening maintenance standards for its international fleet. The recruitment campaign will also make a two-day stop in Toulouse to leverage one of the most dynamic aviation talent pools in the world.

Emirates Engineering
Emirates Engineering is one of the most technologically advanced aircraft maintenance centers in the world. CAR V (Civil Aviation Requirements, Part V) certified by the GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority), Emirates Engineering maintains the airline’s Airbus and Boeing fleet, which is the largest in the world, as well as the fleets of 30 other airlines under third-party maintenance contracts.
Building the Future
Construction of Phase 1 of Emirates’ technical center at Dubai World Central began in 2024 and is expected to be completed in 2027. Covering over one million square meters, it is specifically designed to meet the fleet’s needs and Emirates’ operational requirements until 2040. It will also serve as a center of excellence for commercial aerospace engineering services in the Middle East, with reserve capacity available for other airlines. Emirates engineers will be at the heart of this revolutionary facility, performing regulatory inspections, custom painting, light and heavy maintenance programs, engine repairs and tests, as well as full cabin retrofits as part of Emirates’ fleet refurbishment program.

Certified Aerospace Engineers
Candidates with extensive experience and expertise in line maintenance, base maintenance, and overhaul workshops will be responsible for the routine and heavy maintenance of Emirates’ fleet, including its new A350s, A380s, and B777s. Engineers may also be tasked with maintaining aircraft for other international airlines.
