CCO Strengthens Leadership Role Ahead of 2026 ERA Regional Airline Conference in Belgrade
Wessling, Germany, 03 March 2026 — Deutsche Aircraft announces that its newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Anastasija Visnakova, has been elected to the European Regions Airline Association (ERA) Board, further reinforcing her influence in shaping Europe’s regional aviation sector. Having assumed the CCO role in early February 2026, Anastasija now steps into an expanded leadership position at a significant moment for the aviation industry.
Anastasija will represent both Deutsche Aircraft and the ERA Board at the ERA Regional Airline Conference, taking place from 11–12 March 2026 in Belgrade, Serbia. The event brings together senior executives from more than 220 aviation organisations to discuss regional connectivity, market evolution and the operational challenges facing Europe’s regional carriers.
Advancing Strategic Leadership in European Regional Aviation
With nearly two decades of commercial and strategic aviation experience, Anastasija has established a solid reputation in aircraft sales, fleet transactions, legal frameworks and market development. These competencies directly support ERA’s mission of strengthening regional air transport, fostering sustainable growth and advocating on behalf of Europe’s regional airlines, OEMs, airports and service providers.
In her new role on the ERA board, Anastasija will contribute to policy discussions and industry initiatives focused on:
· Financing innovation and fleet renewal
· Boosting regional air connectivity
· Enabling the transition toward lower‑emission aircraft and sustainable operations
· Strengthening the operational resilience of regional networks.
Her background in legal, financial, commercial and operational aviation uniquely positions her to support ERA’s priorities at a transformative time for regional mobility in Europe.
Driving Commercial Growth at Deutsche Aircraft
Anastasija’s appointment as CCO marks an important milestone in Deutsche Aircraft’s development, as the company accelerates towards industrialisation of the D328eco — the next-generation, low‑emission regional turboprop.
In her new executive role, she oversees global commercial functions, including:
· Sales & Marketing
· Communications
· Customer service
· Aftermarket
· Training
As the Vice President Sales & Marketing at Deutsche Aircraft for three years, Anastasija was instrumental in strengthening the commercial presence of the OEM, building customer partnerships and supporting the successful market positioning of the D328eco programme.
“I am honoured to serve as Chief Commercial Officer at such a pivotal time for Deutsche Aircraft,” said Anastasija Visnakova. “Representing the industry at the ERA Board allows me to contribute to the future of European regional aviation while ensuring that the D328eco continues to meet evolving market needs. Our focus remains on building long‑term partnerships and delivering an aircraft that supports sustainable and resilient regional connectivity.”
Key Presence at the ERA Regional Airline Conference 2026
Anastasija will attend the Belgrade event alongside Reinhard Schwaiger, Sales Director at Deutsche Aircraft. Under this year’s theme of “Supporting Regional Development,” the conference will facilitate direct engagement with airlines, suppliers, airports, regulators and policy leaders.
Her appointment strengthens Deutsche Aircraft’s voice within Europe’s most influential regional aviation forum, signalling the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility and next‑generation aircraft innovation.
Strengthening Europe’s Regional Connectivity
Regional aviation remains essential for Europe’s economic cohesion, social mobility and geographic accessibility. With the sector navigating rising sustainability expectations and growing demand for efficient, modern fleets, Anastasija’s appointment supports both Deutsche Aircraft’s commercial trajectory and ERA’s long‑term strategic vision.
About Deutsche Aircraft
Deutsche Aircraft is a German manufacturer of regional aircraft, building on the Dornier legacy to develop modern, efficient and sustainable aviation solutions. The company is advancing the D328eco, a next‑generation 40‑seat turboprop designed to offer significantly improved fuel efficiency, reduced emissions and enhanced operating economics for regional airlines.
As the type certificate holder for the existing Dornier 328 turboprop and jet fleet, Deutsche Aircraft combines long‑standing technical expertise with ongoing innovation. The industrialization of the D328eco is centered at the company’s new carbon‑neutral, fully digital final assembly line in Leipzig/Halle, a facility designed to produce up to 48 aircraft per year and create 250–350 highly skilled jobs.
The site is underway in 2026, and full production readiness is planned to be achieved in early 2027. The D328eco will progress through its flight test campaign beginning with the first flight in 2026, with entry into service planned for Q4 2027.
