Textron Appoints Brian Rohloff President and CEO of Textron Aviation

PROVIDENCE, R.I August 24, 2026.– Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) announced the appointment of Brian Rohloff as president and CEO of its Textron Aviation segment, effective August 31, 2026. Rohloff succeeds Ron Draper, who announced his retirement after more than 27 years with Textron, including the past eight years leading Textron Aviation.

Rohloff has held leadership positions at Textron Aviation spanning customer support, sales, supply chain and quality throughout his career. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Customer Support, where he led Textron Aviation’s global customer support operations.
