If you’re planning to attend, please ensure you understand Brazil’s visa and passport requirements, as well as the expected processing times, so you can secure your visa well in advance.
Brazil’s visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Please check what applies to the country that issued your passport. General information on visas for foreigners traveling to Brazil can be found here.
Passport holders from Australia, Canada, and the USA must apply for an electronic Visa via the official portal: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/. We strongly encourage attendees to apply early. The process is quick and straightforward, requiring:
- A signed passport, valid through the end of your stay in Brazil) with at least 2 blank visa pages
- A completed online visa application form
- A passport-style photo (2″ x 2″, white background)
- Payment of the e-Visa fee
Important Reminders
- Check your Visa requirement and start your visa application as early as possible to avoid delays.
- Check your passport validity—it must be valid for at least 6 months after your intended entry date into Brazil.
