Changes in Daher’s Executive Committee

Daher is pleased to announce changes in its Executive Committee involving four key figures in the implementation of its strategic plan “Take Off 2027”:

• Cédric Eloy becomes the head of the Industrial Services Division and joins the Executive Committee on January 1, 2024.
• Aymeric Daher takes over the Logistics Division and joins the Executive Committee on February 1, 2024.
• Julie de Cevins, a member of the Executive Committee, becomes Director of Sustainable Development for the Group on January 1, 2024.
• Alain-Jory Barthe has been leading the Industry Division since October 1, 2023, and has joined the Executive Committee.

Cédric Eloy becomes the head of the Industrial Services Division and joins Daher’s Executive Committee on January 1, 2024

Holding a Master’s in chemistry from ENSCM Montpellier (2007) and an MBA in marketing and innovation from EM Lyon (2008), Cédric Eloy began his career as a strategy consultant at D&Consultants in 2009.
He joined Daher in 2011 as Marketing Manager until 2015, then as Innovation Director until 2017, and as VP Strategy Innovation based in San Francisco until 2020. In 2020, he became Deputy General Manager of Technology.
In 2023, he became General Manager of AAA following its acquisition by Daher, with the ambition of becoming a global reference in industrial services for civil and defense aeronautics. With his expertise at Daher, he leads this strategic axis of the “Take Off 2027” plan.
Cédric Eloy becomes the head of the Industrial Services Division and joins the Daher Executive Commitee as of January 1, 2024.

Aymeric Daher becomes the head of the Logistics Division and will join Daher’s Executive Commitee from February 1, 2024

Graduating from the University of Valencia, Spain in 2004, with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IMKK) in Calcuta, India in 2008, and a Master’s from ESCP Paris in Management and Entrepreneurship in 2009, Aymeric Daher started his career at BNP Paribas in 2010 as a Business Analyst in Abu Dhabi, UAE, until 2011, and then as a Credit Analyst in Paris until 2013.
In 2013, he joined the family business Daher in the Logistics & Services Division as Project Manager, then became Operations Director at the Bourget site and Logistics Contracts and Key Accounts Manager until 2017.
From January 2018 to December 2021, he was successively Director of Sales for logistics and industrial services, and then Director of Sales for aerostructures.
Since September 2021, Aymeric Daher has been Vice President of Strategy, M&A, and Customer Relations at Daher, leading the company’s five-year strategy for the “Take Off 2027” plan and overseeing significant acquisitions in the aerospace sector.
On February 1, 2024, Aymeric Daher will become Director of the Logistics Division and join Daher’s Executive Commitee.

Julie de Cevins, a member of the Executive Committee, becomes Director of Sustainable Development for the Group from January 1, 2024

Julie de Cevins, who followed a dual engineering (EPF/ISAE-Supaero) and business (eMBA from CPA Toulouse) curriculum, joined Thales, Altran Technologies, and Airbus as an engineer between 1988 and 1998. Until 2015, she held Sales & Program roles at Honeywell Aerospace, before joining Assystem Technologies as Vice President Aerospace.
Having spent her entire career in the aeronautical environment with OEMs, Tier 1, Airlines, MROs for commercial and business jet clients, she has extensive client management experience.
As SVP Programs in the Executive Commitee since March 2021, she joined Daher in November 2018. She also led Daher’s Nuclear and Projects division from July 2022 to June 2023, before taking over as interim head of the Industry division in June 2023.

Working with Alain-Jory Barthe until the end of the year on the challenges of the Industry Division, she will become Director of Sustainable Development for the Group from January 1, 2024. In the Executive Commitee, she will be responsible for driving the group’s ambition in decarbonization and CSR.

An engineer graduated from UTC Compiègne and the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers, Alain-Jory Barthe also holds an MBA from HEC, Paris, France. He has extensive industrial experience, particularly in the aerospace sector.
He began his career in 1995 at Labinal, then with the Safran group. In 2008, he joined Manoir as operations director, then General Manager of the Aerospace Business Unit, and later President of Manoir Aerospace. Following the merger with LISI Aerospace, he became President of the “Forging & Casting” division until 2018, when he took over at Thales Electrical Systems.
Alain-Jory Barthe is responsible for deploying the strategic plan “Take Off 2027” in Daher’s industrial business and continuing the development of partnership relations with major aeronautical clients.
Alain-Jory Barthe became head of the Industry Division and joined the Executive Commitee on October 1, 2023.
