We’re riding the momentum from a big news month for ZeroAvia and hydrogen aviation in general. Real progress came in the form of:
- ZeroAvia and Airbus jointly signing new MOUs with Canada’s three biggest airports — Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver – to develop a robust hydrogen ecosystem for the future of aviation
- The US Congress passing a five-year authorization of the FAA with hydrogen-related provisions included in the bill
- The European Commission’s Alliance for Zero-Emission Aviation published its vision document, outlining the potential pathway to delivering zero-emission flight, very much supporting ZeroAvia’s own vision and aspirations
- Airbus launched programs with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (the world’s busiest airport) and George Bush Intercontinental.
Much more to come in July but for now, scroll down to check out the compelling story shared by Alaska Airlines’ SVP of Public Affairs & Sustainability on her journey to combine positive action for business and the world around us, and how ZeroAvia plays a visionary and pragmatic role in Alaska’s “Net-Zero 2040” goal. You can also find us at several events in the coming weeks, including the Farnborough International Airshow, which we will send more information about soon, so stay tuned!
