Osaka, March 1, 2024 – Peach Aviation Limited (“Peach”; Representative Director and CEO:
Kazunari Ohashi) began accepting applications on March 1 for recruitment of new graduates for Airline Generalist, Cabin Crew, and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join the company in April 2025, as well as for the “Peach Pilot Challenge Program with AIRBUS

For Airline Generalist, Peach is looking to recruit around 15 people. Peach is looking for people who are interested in becoming aviation professionals by demonstrating expertise in a wide range of fields, from work directly related to aircraft service to work that will play a role in Peach’s dramatic growth.

For Cabin Crew, Peach is looking to recruit around 25 people this time, and for the first time, only new graduates will be eligible. Since it started operating, Peach has been committed to training cabin crew with a sense of responsibility and duty to safely transport passengers to their destinations. Peach is looking forward to hires working together with colleagues who are active in a variety of careers to challenge themselves with a positive attitude and breathe new life into everything they do.

For aircraft maintenance engineer Peach is looking to recruit around 20 people. They will be involved in maintenance work and indirect work related to maintenance, and will play a role in creating Peach’s safety.

Peach is also starting recruitment for the “Peach Pilot Challenge Program with AIRBUS.” This is the fifth time Peach is recruiting for this program, and Peach is looking to recruit several individuals regardless of whether they are new graduates or existing graduates. This is a program to train passionate individuals who dream of becoming pilots, while reducing their financial burden. By training as many pilots as possible, Peach will prepare for the future growth in demand for aviation. In January of this year, the first four co-pilots earned their wings through this program.
