Olivier Pedron is Managing Director for Collins Aerospace – Avionics in France and President of Rockwell Collins France, a unit of Collins Aerospace. In this role, Pedron is specifically responsible for developing the company’s avionics strategy and business in France, and overseeing all of its operations in the 3 locations, Toulouse, Creil and Thiais.
Prior to this role, Pedron was appointed Program Director for military MRO business in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. He joined Rockwell Collins in 2011 and held different positions in the marketing and business development organization for the helicopters and fixed wing military platforms, and then in charge of the commercial and defense aircraft strategy for the region.
From 2016 to 2018, he has been in charge of the strategy for the Rockwell Collins Service Solutions business unit, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA. In this role, he has contributed to growing the company’s service solutions business worldwide.
From 2001 to 2009, Olivier Pedron has been officer and helicopter pilot in the French Army Aviation (Aviation Légère de l’Armée de Terre).
Pedron graduated from the French Officer Army Academy (Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr) with a major in International Relationships. He holds as well a Master of Strategy from the University of Paris Sorbonne and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School in Madrid, Spain.
