Osaka, March 3, 2025 – Peach Aviation Limited (“Peach”; Representative Director and CEO: Kazunari Ohashi) began accepting applications for recruitment of new graduates to join the company in April 2026, as well as for the “Peach Pilot Challenge Program with AIRBUS” from March 1. In anticipation of growing demand for airline services, we are recruiting approximately 90 new graduates, the largest number since the company’s founding, for four job categories from the perspective of proactively acquiring human resources who aim to become professionals.

We will begin hiring new graduates in Airline Generalist, Cabin Crew, and Airline Engineers (maintenance engineers), with an entry date of April 2026. In line with the future expansion of aviation demand and the further enhancement of our network, we are committed to maintaining safe service. We are also looking for individuals who can think and act independently to embody Peach’s vision of “A flight full of respect for everyone.” across various fields.

In addition to this new graduate recruitment, we are also starting recruitment for the “Peach Pilot Challenge Program with AIRBUS.” Applications are open to both new graduates and experienced graduates. This program is designed to reduce the financial burden on individuals who have the dream and passion to become pilots, while providing pilot training. In January 2024, the first class to complete training under this program was promoted to co-pilot. Currently, the fifth class has joined the company, and they are working hard in daily training to contribute to the future development of the aviation industry. Peach will continue to support the challenges of those who have the ambition to play a role in supporting air safety as a bridge between Asia and the rest of the world.

Peach celebrated its 13th anniversary since its inauguration of service on March 1, 2025. After our founding period of innovation in the airline industry with the highest priority on safe service, we will continue to pursue improvement in all basic qualities related to flight operations.
