Hélène Moreau-Leroy has been named Director of the Zodiac integration project, tasked with preparing the integration of Zodiac Aerospace, which will be implemented following Safran’s public offering. She reports to Jean-Jacques Orsini, Safran Executive Vice President, Performance and Competitiveness.
Hélène Moreau-Leroy started her career in 1987, holding various management positions in a design department and as international procurement and production manager with major companies such as Thomson and Alstom. In 2003, she joined the Safran Purchasing department as coordinator for forged parts and raw materials. She then moved to Messier-Dowty* in 2005 as head of international development of the Supply Chain. She was subsequently named Director of the Airbus Business Unit and European Programs in 2008, then Vice President for Programs at Messier-Bugatti-Dowty* in 2011. From 2013 until this latest appointment, she was Chief Executive Officer of Safran Transmission Systems.
Hélène Moreau-Leroy, 53, graduated from INSA Lyon (1987) and holds an international MBA from the University of New England (Australia, 1994). She has also earned accreditation as a “Certified Supply Chain Professional” from APICS** (American Production and Inventory Control Society).
