The European Space Agency (ESA) and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) are taking a step forward in space exploration cooperation for Moon and Mars activities. Both agencies have signed a statement of intent, laying the groundwork for expanded collaboration between the two agencies in advancing science, technology and international partnerships.
