4 July 2025 – DERICHEBOURG aeronautics services (subsidiary of the ELIOR Group – DERICHEBOURG Multiservices) has acquired SACI SAS and SACI Belgium. This acquisition complements the expertise that DERICHEBOURG aeronautics services has already built up over more than 25 years while strengthening its geographical coverage in northern France and Belgium, among other areas.
