NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio, March 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — CommutAir announced major changes to its Base Maintenance organization ? creating opportunities for direct-entry Supervisory and Technical Leader positions at its bases in Albany (ALB), Newark (EWR), and Dulles (IAD).

Based on the changes, CommutAir is actively seeking direct-entry recruits into the following positions:

A newly-minted Technician can choose to follow the Supervisory Track (Crew Leader followed by Base Supervisor and then Base Manager) or can head down the Technical Track (to Technical Leader and MOC). Additional growth is expected as well, which will create even more advancement opportunities for technicians.
