    Les doy la más cordial bienvenida a la “Feria Aeroespacial México 2019”, evento organizado por la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional a través de la Fuerza Aérea Mexicana y que por tercera ocasión se realiza en México.
    La Feria Aeroespacial México (FAMEX), es una actividad comercial del ámbito aeronáutico civil, militar, de seguridad y defensa; cuyo objeto es reunir a los líderes de estos sectores, con el fin de favorecer el intercambio comercial e impulsar el crecimiento de la industria aeroespacial nacional en la región.
    La FAMEX-2019 se llevará a cabo del 24 al 27 de abril de 2019 en la principal Base Aérea Militar de nuestro país, ubicada en Santa Lucía, Edo. Méx., la cual cuenta con la infraestructura necesaria para recibir aeronaves de grandes dimensiones, además de cinco pabellones destinados a la exhibición de productos y servicios de las empresas participantes.
    Asimismo, se desarrollará un Seminario de Inversión Extranjera con el fin de incentivar la inversión extranjera directa en nuestro país, así como jornadas académicas, para promover la capacitación del personal que labora en el ámbito aeronáutico y del espacio, mediante el “3er. Foro de Educación Aeroespacial” y el “3er. Ciclo de Conferencias Técnicas”.
    Con este evento, la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, consolida su liderazgo, promoviendo el desarrollo económico de México, generando empleos e impulsando la captación e inversión extranjera directa.
