Avion Express, a leading global provider of narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) services and part of Avia Solutions Group, is announcing 250 new pilot positions available worldwide for commercial pilots holding either EASA or ICAO licenses. This announcement is part of the annual recruitment season, launched under the slogan “We take care of you. We take care of everything.” The message reflects the nature of the ACMI business model and highlights Avion Express’ commitment towards the flight crews operating on its behalf.

Avion Express, looks forward for Captains and First Officers to join its operations in various regions across five continents. The company maintains a well-established presence in Europe, with pilots representing almost all EASA member states, while also expanding its reach globally. A particular focus this year will be placed on Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and other countries.

According to Kristina Mateikaite-Riepsiene, Head of Crew Recruitment at Avion Express, the company’s global network and the specifics of ACMI operations offer valuable opportunities for professional pilots seeking diverse flying experience.

The ACMI service provider is currently seeking Captains and First Officers for this operational season. Avion Express is the largest ACMI operator worldwide by number of flights.

“Each year, we open a significant number of pilot positions each season to ensure sufficient operational capacity for the growing demand across both summer and winter periods. Typically, our activity increases in Europe during the summer and shifts toward Latin America and Asia in winter,” explains Kristina Mateikaite-Riepsiene.

This year’s campaign highlights the essence of ACMI through the slogan “We take care of you. We take care of everything.” ACMI services encompass the provision of aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance to other airlines enabling them to scale operations efficiently, manage seasonal fluctuations, and cover temporary fleet capacity needs.
