Trondheim, Norway – 4 December 2025 – Alva Industries (ALVA), today announced the appointment of Thomas Bergan as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial scale-up, and high-volume production, Bergan brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record in developing efficient, high-performing industrial organizations.

Bergan’s leadership is recognized for its strategic clarity, strong analytical capabilities, and seasoned executive judgement – qualities that have consistently supported scalable growth and strengthened operational structures throughout his career.
