Azorra sells two A330-300s to Xiamen Airlease

Azorra is today announcing the sale of two Airbus A330-300 aircraft to Xiamen Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Xiamen Airlease”), a China-based aircraft lessor. Both aircraft (MSN 1432 / 1579) are on lease to Sichuan Airlines, one of China’s major carriers.

John Evans, Chief Executive Officer, Azorra, says: “We are proud to complete our first transaction with Xiamen Airlease and to deepen our relationships with key trading partners across the Asia-Pacific region. This transaction highlights the strength of Azorra’s diverse, multilingual team — including our Mandarin-speaking colleagues who were instrumental in supporting this deal — and our ability to work seamlessly across cultures to execute complex transactions around the world.

“As global demand continues to grow, we remain focused on delivering flexible, high-quality solutions that create long-term value for our airline customers and lessor trading partners.”

Edward Chen, Chief Executive Officer, Xiamen Airlease, says: “We are honored to establish cooperation with Azorra. Through close communication and trusted collaboration between the two teams, we have successfully completed the delivery process of these two A330-300 aircraft. We look forward to building a long-term and stable strategic partnership with Azorra in the future.”

The aircraft, manufactured in 2013 and 2014, are powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 700 engines.
