Amsterdam, Netherlands, November 21, 2025 – Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ/ B3: EMBJ3), a global leader in aerospace industry and ILIAS Solutions, a leading provider of mission-driven defense software, signed this week a strategic partnership agreement aimed at improving fleet management.
Under this agreement, Embraer will connect ILIAS’s software suite to its maintenance and logistics solutions for the C-390 Millennium and A-29 Super Tucano operators. This connection will enable armed forces to streamline data management across operations, maintenance, and supply chain activities, as well as ensure better resource allocation and improved mission readiness.

Since entering service with the Brazilian Air Force in 2019, with the Portuguese Air Force in 2023 and with the Hungarian Air Force in 2024, the KC-390 Millennium has proven its capability, reliability and performance. The current fleet in operation accumulates a mission completion rate of more than 99%, demonstrating exceptional productivity in its category. To date, the 21st-century aircraft has been chosen by 11 Air Forces around the world, including eight European countries and seven NATO members.
