Safran and Lufthansa Technik expand APU generator MRO partnership for Airbus A320 fleet

At the MRO Europe Exhibition in London, Safran Electrical & Power and Lufthansa Technik announced an enhanced partnership to deliver maintenance and overhaul services for Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) generators on the Airbus A320 family.

Safran Electrical & Power will provide Lufthansa Technik with comprehensive support and expertise, guaranteeing the reliability and performance of A320 electrical systems for airlines worldwide. This long-term collaboration brings added flexibility and efficiency to Lufthansa Technik’s global service network.

This new agreement with Safran Electrical & Power allows us to further optimize our maintenance solutions for APU generators on the Airbus A320 family. This contract extension with Safran Electrical & Power is part of a broader long-standing relationship of trust between Safran and Lufthansa Technik, also illustrated today by the renewal for 10 years of the

MRO contract covering all Safran Landing Systems products.
