On Monday, June 16, 2025, on Day One of the International Paris Airshow, global aviation training leader CAE invites members of the media to attend a news conference and lunch at which its 2025 Aviation Talent Forecast will be unveiled.
This edition of the biennial forecast will reveal how many pilots, aircraft maintenance technicians, cabin crew and air traffic services personnel the civil aviation industry will need to meet demand between 2025 to 2033. Like CAE’s past Aviation Talent Forecasts, it will breakdown the personnel needs in terms of regions of the world, business and commercial aviation, and in terms of professional roles required. It will also provide in-depth analyses as to the causes of the personnel needs considering industry growth and will propose solutions to overcome the staffing shortages.
