The partnership includes the implementation of top notch with high availability Flight Information Display System (FIDS) at Sofia Airport.
Advanced Technological Solutions:
SITA will provide a tailored technological solution to optimize the airport’s operational efficiency. This solution encompasses the development of over 20 interfaces with existing ICT systems at Sofia Airport, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all operational domains.
The collaboration between SOF Connect and SITA is a key prerequisite for Sofia Airport to become the first European 5-star regional hub, offering unparalleled efficiency and service for passengers and partners alike.
The partnership enhances Bulgaria’s regional leadership in air travel by introducing global best practices, fosters local expertise in aviation technology, and improves passenger experiences with modernized systems. Additionally, it supports sustainability and innovation, aligning with Bulgaria’s broader development goals.
