Aviator focuses on further developing the passenger experience and hospitality side of the business

With the attention to client experience growing more and more each year, Aviator Airport Alliance, a full-range provider of aviation services at 15 airports across the Nordics and an operator of two business lounges at Copenhagen airport, has turned to further develop the passenger experience and hospitality side of the business and is welcoming a new Head of Airport Hospitality Patrik Bayardo.

„We at Aviator believe that there is plenty of untapped potential in the Airport hospitality sector, “shares Patrik. „There are a lot of opportunities to offer passengers a better, more encompassing, and purposeful experience while visiting airports and we‘re here to make those ideas a reality. “

According to Patrik Bayardo, who has over 20 years of experience in the business development field, Aviator is set to develop new concepts that challenge the established industry and public understanding of what airport hospitality is and could be. “We already have two business lounges successfully running at Copenhagen airport that are enjoyed by not only business passengers but travellers in general. Our lounges offer a unique experience in nice design and interior with an optimised comfort and service level that is an alternative to the available eating and resting areas of the airport. And yet there is more that could be done to offer more distinct and purposeful experiences.”

Patrik shares that while these new developing ideas are extremely beneficial to passengers, they also offer great advantages to airports and airlines. “While making positive changes to travellers’ experience, we are looking to introduce more purposes to visit airports or to find more reason to stay, maybe even without leaving the airport. This will strengthen airport ecosystems, bring operators new revenue streams, and make airports more inclusive and sustainable.”

With the newly appointed Head of Airport Hospitality at Aviator already deep in building plans on furthering Aviator’s hospitality and client experience side of the business, the company is looking for like-minded partners who care about exceptional client experience.

Aviator is a family member of Avia Solutions Group, leaders in end-to-end capacity solutions for passenger and cargo airlines worldwide. The company provides high-quality ground handling services: from passenger and baggage handling, to de-icing, cargo, and full-freight handling, to station services, including airport security and the Nordic Dino aircraft washing robot.
