CAE also sold two integrated procedures trainers (IPTs) and two virtual maintenance trainers (VMTs) to Air Canada as well as various flight training devices and simulator updates to other customers. The contracts are worth a total of more than C$50 million at list prices and bring the total number of FFS sales that CAE has announced to date during fiscal year 2013 to seven. "These simulator contracts reflect CAE's continued strength in serving emerging markets in China and Eastern Europe, as well as for new aircraft types such as the Boeing 787," said Jeff Roberts, CAE's Group President, Civil Simulation Products, Training and Services. "We are pleased to add Kunming as a new customer, and appreciate the continued confidence in CAE by long-time airline customers Aeroflot and Air Canada." Aeroflot The A330 FFS, a CAE 7000 Series, will be delivered to the Aeroflot training centre at Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow, Russian Federation, in 2013. Aeroflot pilots will also make use of A330 simulators at CAE's training centres in Brussels, Madrid and Rome. Air Canada The CAE 7000 Series FFS for the Boeing 787, IPTs and VMTs will be delivered to the Air Canada training centre in Toronto in 2013. Kunming Aviation Safety Training Centre The Boeing 737NG CAE 7000 Series FFS will feature a third-generation CAE Tropos(TM)-6000 visual system. This is CAE's first sale to Kunming Aviation Safety Training Co., Ltd., which is owned by Sichuan Haite Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. Delivery will be in 2013.
