Erik Zajic was born in 1975. Northrop Grumman Corporation has named Kelley Zelickson vice president of Air and Missile Defense Systems for the Defense Technologies division in the company's Information Systems sector. Zelickson will lead a team of professionals to provide integrated air, space and missile defense solutions to the U.S. Missile Defense Agency and the U.S. Army for the national security of the United States and its allies.
Zelickson reports to Karen Williams, vice president and general manager of the Defense Technologies Division.
In this role, Zelickson provides overall leadership, management and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as directs and integrates the strategy and programs within the Information Systems sector in support of air and missile defense missions. Primary areas of responsibility include the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center, the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System, the Fire Control/ Communications System of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense program, the Missile Defense National Team activities and the Enhanced Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications experiments for the Missile Defense Agency.
Previously, Zelickson was vice president of programs for Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems Division where she was responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and performance of the division by providing independent oversight of programs acquisition and performance. She also held various management roles within Northrop Grumman's former Mission Systems sector as vice president and deputy general manager for the Command and Control Systems Division and vice president and general manager of the Tactical Systems Division.
During her 30-year career with Northrop Grumman, Zelickson has held various program management and engineering analysis roles as well as positions of increasing leadership supporting a broad range of initiatives for the defense customer segment.
Zelickson earned a bachelor's degree in engineering science and mathematics from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn., and a master's degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

JetBlue Names Richard Zeni Vice President, Revenue Management
NEW YORK, April 17, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- JetBlue Airways, Corp. (Nasdaq:JBLU), today announced the appointment of Richard Zeni to the position of Vice President, Revenue Management, effective March 29, 2006.
Mr. Zeni joins JetBlue from US Airways, where he most recently held the position of Managing Director, Pricing and Revenue Management Development. He has been involved in revenue management at US Airways since 1996, focusing in the area of operations research. Mr. Zeni's 24-year career in the airline industry began working the ramp at Newark International Airport for Piedmont Airlines, with 15 years of airport operations experience for Piedmont Airlines and US Airways prior to moving into the revenue management arena. Mr. Zeni will report to David Neeleman, JetBlue's CEO, and he will be responsible for guiding the airline's revenue management operations.
"The area of revenue management is vital to JetBlue as we face industry challenges and opportunities ahead," said Mr. Neeleman. "Rick's expertise will guide JetBlue's revenue management team into the future and is a further step towards achieving our revenue goals."
Mr. Zeni holds a B.S. in management science from Kean College of New Jersey, an M.B.A. from Montclair State University, and an M.A. in economics, an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in management science from Rutgers University. Born in Brooklyn and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Zeni has lived for the past 10 years with his wife in Alexandria, VA. He will be relocating to the New York area.

Carol J. Zierhoffer is vice president and chief information officer for Northrop Grumman’s IT sector. In this position, Ms. Zierhoffer’s responsibilities include establishing the IT sector’s strategic direction and leadership of all information systems and information technology activities for the IT sector and its business units.
Headquartered in McLean, Va., the sector is a trusted IT leader and premier provider of advanced IT solutions, engineering and business services for government and commercial clients. The company’s technological leadership spans such areas as homeland security solutions, secure wireless, cyber and physical assurance, IT and network infrastructure, managed services, knowledge management, modeling and simulation, and geospatial intelligence solutions. The IT sector is one of the largest sectors within Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Ms. Zierhoffer is a recognized leader in program and project management and business and financial systems. Since joining Northrop Grumman in 1988, she has held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility. She previously served as vice president and chief information officer for Northrop Grumman’s Electronic Systems sector in Baltimore, Md., a position she held for more than two years.
Additional accomplishments include a special assignment leading the integration of the Newport News IT operation while she was concurrently serving as IT program director, Airborne Early Warning and Electronic Warfare Systems – one of three Integrated Systems sector business areas. She also served as manager of Software Engineering, Business and Finances Systems in support of Integrated Systems, and as manager of Business Management Systems in the former B-2 division.
Before joining Northrop Grumman, Ms. Zierhoffer was a project manager at Fidelity Investments in Boston and a project leader for systems development at AVCO Systems Textron in Wilmington, Mass.
Ms. Zierhoffer has a master’s degree in computer information systems from Bentley College, Waltham, Mass., and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire, Durham.

Hawker Beechcraft Services announces the appointment of Fred Zimbelman as general manager of the Hawker Beechcraft Services (HBS) Wichita facility. He will be responsible for overseeing aircraft maintenance, avionics and modifications as well as FBO operations at the Wichita facility.
A graduate of Rockford College, Rockford, Ill., Zimbelman has a diverse background in the areas of repair station management, customer administration and service. His work history began with 16 years at Sundstrand Aviation Operations, holding positions from F-16 repair program manager, group supervisor for Overhaul and Repair, and senior sales and marketing representative for Repair Services. He also worked for Nordam Group as director of customer administration and later as director of Customer Service. Most recently, Zimbelman served as president for Soundair Repair Group LLC and Soundair Design and Development Group LLC in Woodinville, Wash. During his tenure with these organizations, Zimbelman implemented many new programs focused on improving customer support and services.

Northrop Grumman Corporation has appointed Terri Zinkiewicz vice president and sector controller in recognition of the position's expanding role as the company implements the previously announced realignment of the reporting of its missiles business from the Mission Systems sector to the Space Technology sector here.
The missiles business includes the inter-continental ballistic missile (ICBM) Prime Integration program, the Kinetic Energy Interceptors program and the Missile Engineering Center, and employs approximately 750 people with operations in Utah, Alabama, Virginia and California. The realignment is effective July 1.
Zinkiewicz has more than 20 years' experience with the company in financial and accounting positions. In her expanded role, she is responsible for financial reporting, forecasting and analysis; cost settlements, accounting policy and compliance, general accounting; project finance; asset management, indirect expense rate management; and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
During her extensive career with the company, Zinkiewicz has held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities. Since 2005, she has been Northrop Grumman Space Technology's controller, and previously served as director of program systems, planning and control; director of business management; and director of finance and business.
She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Financial Manager, and a Certified Professional Contracts Manager. Currently, Zinkiewicz is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants' board of directors and chair of its Foundation for Applied Research. His experience includes the aerospace and defense, automotive, electronic components, information services and telecommunications industries, in both service and manufacturing environments in over 25 countries in North America, South America, Europe and Asia/Pacific. He has led large-scale organizational changes, including four multi-billion dollar acquisition integrations in three separate companies.
Ziskin has been a speaker and author in areas including acquisition integration, globalization, HR strategies and competencies and leadership/talent development. He holds a bachelor's degree in management from Binghamton University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a master's degree in industrial and labor relations degree from Cornell University. He is also a graduate of executive human resources programs at the University of Michigan and Cornell University, as well as general management experiences including the Thunderbird Global Leadership Program, TRW's Advanced Management and Business Leadership Programs, and LEAD1NG One Northrop Grumman where he also serves as a faculty member and program leader. The Supervisory Board of Austrian Airlines decided in its meeting of 27 February 2006 after a proposal of the Austrian Management Board, to award Franz Zoechbauer, Vice President Austrian Cargo, full power of attorney.
Franz Zoechbauer started his carreer at Austrian Airlines 30 years ago in the market research department. 1986 he was appointed “Head of Commercial Planning“, in 1989 he took over responsibility for “Marketing overseas”. Further steps in his carreer have been in 1994 “Vice President Business System” and in 1996 “Executive Vice President Airline Co-operations”. Between 1997 and 2000 he has been the Representative of Austrian Airlines in North America. In September 2000 he was promoted as Vice President Austrian Cargo.
