Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) is the largest truly global event of its kind. A platform for some 1,400 exhibitors from the aerospace, defence, space and security sectors to showcase and demonstrate aircraft, equipment and technologies, the show is specifically designed to facilitate tailor-made and unrivalled opportunities to meet, negotiate and announce business transactions.
Taking place every other year, Farnborough International Airshow 2010 was attended by over 120,000 trade visitors with exhibiting companies announcing order figures of US$47bn during the show.
The next Farnborough International Airshow will take place from 9-15 July 2012.

The Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) is the world's most iconic global aviation event. Meet the pilots and talk to ground crew as you walk through static displays and get up close to an unrivalled gathering of aircraft and ground-breaking aviation technology.
Take your place on the edge of the runway and hold-tight for a thrilling 4-hour display of aerobatics, vintage flying greats and some of the fastest aircraft in the sky.
This year, for the first time, there are a limited number of public tickets available to our Jubilee Day on Friday 13th July 2012. Visitors on Jubilee Day will have the exclusive opportunity to experience the four trade exhibition halls, which will be closed on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 July.
The public weekend will mark the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II accession to the throne and will include a patriotic flying display, themed activities on the ground and the inspirational ‘Innovation Day’.
The weekend entertainment adds even more value, fun and excitement. On Saturday and Sunday a dedicated family arena has thrill rides, interactive exhibits and attractions for everybody young and old. And once you’re in, it’s all free.
