Le Général Stéphane ABRIAL est né le 07 septembre 1954 à Condom (32).
Elève en classes préparatoires au collège militaire de Saint-Cyr en 1972, il intègre l'Ecole de l'air de Salon de Provence en septembre 1973 et poursuit son instruction à la division des vols en octobre 1975 puis au groupement élève 314 de Tours en mai 1976.
En janvier 1977, il est muté à l'Escadron de chasse 2/8 de Cazaux en tant que pilote ETO, puis rejoint l'Escadron de chasse 2/12 de Cambrai où il se voit confier les fonctions de pilote à l'instruction puis en escadrille.
Affecté en juillet 1981 à la 74ème Escadre de chasseurs bombardiers de Neuburg (Allemagne), il occupe successivement le poste d'officier de liaison puis de commandant d'escadrille du 2ème escadron en septembre 1984.
En décembre 1984, il rejoint Dijon en tant que commandant en second de l'Escadron de chasse 1/2 puis du 2/2 en août 1985, et en prend le commandement en juin 1986.
Chef des opérations de la 5ème Escadre de chasse à Orange d'octobre 1988 à mai 1989, il en prend le commandement en second puis le commandement en août 1990.
De juin 1991 à octobre 1992, il suit un stage au College Maxwell AFB ALABAMA (USA) puis au collège interarmées de défense au Centre d'enseignement supérieur aérien à Paris d'octobre 1992 à novembre 1992.
A l'issue de ces stages, il se voit confier le poste d'adjoint au chef du cabinet du Chef d'état-major de l'armée de l'air.
Chef de la section " stratégie et concept " à l'Etat-major international à Bruxelles d'août 1996 à août 1999, puis auditeur au Centre des hautes études militaires de septembre 1999 à juin 2000, il occupe depuis juin 2000 le poste d'adjoint air au chef de l'Etat-major particulier du Président de la république.
Nommé général de brigade aérienne le 1er février 2002, le général ABRIAL est maintenu dans ses fonctions.
Le 1er octobre 2002, il devient chef de cabinet militaire du Premier ministre.
Le 1er septembre 2005, il prend le commandement de la défense aérienne et des opérations aériennes.

Honeywell today announced that Katherine L. Adams has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel, effective immediately. Adams will report to Honeywell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dave Cote.
Adams succeeds Peter Kreindler who will retire after serving as Honeywell’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel for more than 17 years.
“Kate is a terrific selection for General Counsel,” said Cote. “Her outstanding work since joining Honeywell has added rigor and focus to Honeywell’s core legal processes, especially in protecting the business’ intellectual property, supporting successful mergers and acquisitions, managing human resources and labor issues, as well as resolving the company’s legacy environmental and remediation matters. These experiences, on top of her background in private practice and public service, position her well to take our legal department to the next level.”
Adams joins Honeywell’s senior leadership team and will be responsible for leading the global legal strategy, health safety and environment, government relations, and compliance programs for the company’s 128,000 employees in more than 100 countries.
She joined Honeywell in 2003 as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel – Litigation, and most recently served as General Counsel for Honeywell’s Specialty Materials business. Prior to joining Honeywell, Adams served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Columbia Law School and New York University, and was a partner at the law firm of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood in New York. Previously, she was a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, and a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice.
Adams was elected Order of the Coif and graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. She received a B.A. degree with honors from Brown University in 1986.

TriMas Announces Brian McGuire To Retire as President of Aerospace and Defense Businesses; David Adler To Be President
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) - a diversified manufacturer of engineered and applied products - announced the transition of leadership within its Aerospace and Defense business segment. Brian McGuire, president of Monogram Aerospace Fasteners and NI Industries, announced he will retire as president of Monogram, effective March 31, 2012, and remain president of NI Industries until July 1, 2012. After July 1, McGuire will remain a part of the Monogram team focused on several key projects. David Adler, currently chief operating officer of Monogram, will succeed McGuire as president of both businesses. Adler will report directly to TriMas President and Chief Executive Officer David Wathen.
Monogram is a manufacturer of permanent blind bolts, screws and temporary fasteners used in commercial, business and military aircraft construction and assembly. NI Industries manufactures a variety of munitions components, including large caliber cartridge cases, for the U.S. government, as well as domestic and foreign prime contractors.

Adler was hired as Monogram's chief operating officer in January 2011. He has more than 30 years experience in the aerospace and automotive industries. Prior to joining Monogram, Adler served as the general manager of Beacon Industries, a supplier of precision aerospace machining, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, development and execution, and operational performance. During his time there, he expanded the company's global footprint, cut lead time by more than half, significantly decreased inventory on hand and increased operating profit to three to four times that of industry peers.
Adler is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management.

Jerry Agee is corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems sector, a leading global integrator of complex, mission-enabling systems and services. In 2004, Agee became deputy sector president, Mission Systems, and assisted the sector president in overall management of the sector. Agee joined the company in 1987 following an extensive career as a U.S. Naval Intelligence officer. He has also worked with the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service in redefining and restructuring the IRS Tax Systems Modernization effort. His efforts included managing the Treasury Communications System, the largest non-defense communications system in the federal government, and modernizing the EDGAR system that provides an online electronic filing and dissemination for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He has served on the board of directors of Enterprise Solutions division of the Information Technology Association of America, the board of directors of Professional Services Council and the board of directors for the Council for Electronic Revenue Communication Advancement. He is currently active in the AIAA.
Agee has a bachelor of arts degree in international affairs/economics from Florida State University. He attended the Defense Intelligence College and has completed postgraduate work at the University of Maryland and the University of North Florida. He has attended executive education programs at the University of Virginia and Wharton.

CHICAGO, le 26 juin 2012 — Jim McNerney, Président du conseil d’administration et Président-directeur général de Boeing a annoncé ce mardi 26 juin la nomination de Raymond L. Conner au poste de président-directeur général de la division Aviation Commerciale de Boeing.
Il remplace à ce poste James F. Albaugh, 62 ans, qui a annoncé son départ à la retraite le 1er octobre après 37 ans de carrière dans le Groupe.
Jim Albaugh a rejoint Boeing en 1975 au sein de ce qui était à l’époque l’activité Défense et Espace de Rockwell Corporation, acquise par Boeing en 1996. Au cours de sa carrière, Jim a occupé les postes de président de Rocketdyne Propulsion & Power, président et CEO de Boeing Space & Communications, et président et CEO de Boeing Integrated Defense Systems. Jusqu’à son départ effectif en retraite, Jim Albaugh continuera de reporter à Jim McNerney tout en assurant la transition avec son successeur.

Hubert Falco, secrétaire d'Etat à la Défense et aux Anciens combattants, a appris avec une profonde tristesse la disparition de Marcel Albert, à l'âge de 92 ans.
Aviateur et héros de la campagne de France, il avait rejoint en 1941 les Forces françaises libres et le général de Gaulle. Il se porta volontaire lorsque fut créé, sur le front soviétique, le régiment de chasse Normandie-Niémen : ses victoires au combat en firent alors l'un des as de la Seconde guerre mondiale.
L'ancien ouvrier métallurgiste des usines Renault était devenu, par sa valeur, son engagement et son courage, l'un des plus grands Français libres, recevant les plus prestigieuses distinctions.
A ses compagnons de l'Ordre national de la Libération, à ses camarades de Normandie-Niémen, à tous les Russes qui le considèrent comme un grand héros, à ceux qui l'ont connu et aimé, Hubert Falco adresse ses condoléances les plus émues.

En ce début d’année 2012, Philippe ALIOTTI a rejoint l’Union des Aéroports
Français en qualité de Délégué général.
Ingénieur diplômé de l’Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat, Philippe
ALIOTTI entre dans l’administration en 1987, au sein de la Direction
Départementale de l’Equipement de Seine et Marne. Après un passage de plus de
5 ans au service technique des bases aériennes de la Direction générale de
l’Aviation civile (DGAC), il rejoint, en 1995, la société d’ingénierie Sofréavia où il fut
Chef de projet. Il réintègre la DGAC au service des bases aériennes en 2003 et est
nommé, en 2005, Chef du pôle de la sécurité aéroportuaire à la Direction des
Affaires stratégiques et techniques puis à la Direction de la sécurité de l’aviation
civile.
Fort d’une solide expérience dans le domaine aéroportuaire, il aura en charge
d’accompagner les évolutions organisationnelles, réglementaires et
opérationnelles des aéroports français. Il animera également le réseau et les
équipes de l’UAF en cohérence avec les orientations définies par la nouvelle
gouvernance mise en place par le Président Jean-Michel VERNHES et son conseil
d’administration.

of Special Projects
Allanche joins U.S. Group from EADS’ Cassidian Division
ARLINGTON, Va., June 09, 2011 – Claire Allanche will join
EADS North America as the Director of Special Projects,
reporting to company Chief Operating Officer Dave Oliver,
beginning in September 2011. Ms. Allanche will lead
cross-functional project teams to conduct evaluations,
proposals and project execution. In this role she will deal
with the myriad of opportunities which exist for EADS in
North America.
“Claire Allanche will bring 15 years of experience within
EADS Group and demonstrated leadership ability. Her
knowledge of EADS’s operations and business strategy will
be an important contribution to our future growth in the
U.S.,” Oliver said.
Ms. Allanche will come to EADS North America from EADS’
Cassidian division, previously EADS Defense and Security
(DS), where she currently serves as the Vice President,
Head of International Media Relations and Head of
Communications France. In this capacity, she advises the
CEO and develops a comprehensive communications strategy
for internal and external corporate communications. She
also leads the execution and strategy for media relations
activities where she gained valuable media coverage in the
international and trade press.
She started her career in 1985 at Agence Delaitte &
Associates, a public relations and corporate communications
agency. Ms. Allanche then held a variety of public
relations and corporate communications positions with the
following organizations: Agence Solange Stricker &
Associes, Cap Gemini and Matra Nortel Communications. Ms.
Allanche spent four years working as Communications
Counselor with the French Ministry of Parliament Affairs,
and the ministry responsible for all civil service
employees, in the cabinet office. She began her career with
EADS at Matra Nortel Communications. Ms. Allanche holds a
bachelors degree in Applied Foreign Languages from
University of Paris Sorbonne. She also pursued
International Business courses at the University of
Nebraska at Omaha.
Ms. Allanche was awarded the "Chevalier de l'Ordre National
du Mérite" (the Civil Legion of Honor) in 2010.

Charles H. (Chuck) Allen was named the vice president and general manager of Boeing Rotorcraft Systems, a division of the Precision Engagement and Mobility Systems business unit, with facilities located in Philadelphia, Pa., and Mesa, Ariz., in March 2007. Based in Philadelphia, Chuck is responsible for all Rotorcraft Systems programs and supporting functional activities in those locations. Rotorcraft programs include the AH-64D Apache Longbow; the CH-47F/MH-47G Chinook; Aerospace Support, and Advanced Rotorcraft Systems, a division of Boeing Phantom Works; the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft; and the Boeing Strategic Manufacturing Center for Electrical Products and Interorganizational Work Authorizations located in Mesa.
Chuck most recently was the vice president of Business Operations for the Boeing Huntsville Site, which provides infrastructure support to all IDS and BCA businesses and programs located in Huntsville, and is comprised of 2,700 people. In this capacity, Chuck represented IDS in the state of Alabama and was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Huntsville operations. Additionally, Chuck was the senior customer-facing Boeing executive, providing strategic guidance to Boeing businesses relative to local customer requirements and also led company involvement with local community and philanthropic initiatives.
Prior to this assignment, Chuck served as the vice president/program manager, Space Exploration Systems, where he had responsibility for leading Boeing’s efforts to develop an open architecture and the space systems needed to support the Vision for Space Exploration, which includes returning to the moon and beyond.
Previously, Chuck was vice president and program director of the Comanche Program Office, Army Systems, where he was responsible for leading the RAH-66 Comanche helicopter program for the Boeing Sikorsky Joint Venture team. Chuck also held the position of vice president of the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet program for Military Aircraft and Missile Systems.
Chuck joined the company in 1987 as manager of F/A-18 Aircraft Marketing. He became program manager for F/A-18 in Kuwait in 1991 and program manager for F/A-18 in Canada and Kuwait in 1993. He was later appointed deputy general manager of the T45 Training Systems and was promoted to general manager of the AV-8B program in 1995.
From 1974 through 1987, Chuck served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was recalled to active duty for Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm in 1990. He retired at the rank of Colonel in April 2000.
Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree from Rice University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Allen, who will be responsible for Boeing's growth and productivity plans and initiatives in China, succeeds David Wang, 67, who is retiring after almost a decade of distinguished service in one of the company's key global markets.

As president of Boeing China, Allen, 37, will lead company-wide activities that include government affairs and the development and implementation of the Boeing China strategy focused on new business and industrial partnership opportunities, corporate citizenship projects, expanding the Boeing presence and strengthening company relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Prior to this appointment, Allen served as vice president Global Law Affairs and general counsel to Boeing International. He has led the company's international legal practice group since its inception in late 2007.
"Marc Allen is uniquely suited to lead our activities in China, having spent the last few years as an integral part of the company's global operations," said McNerney. He is one of our most capable leaders, and his prior experiences are well suited for this new, market-focused role."

Richard H. Anderson, 52, will become Chief Executive Officer of Delta Air Lines, effective September 1, 2007. He joined Delta as a member of the Board of Directors in April 2007. After an extensive search, Delta’s board chose Anderson to lead the airline following Gerald Grinstein’s retirement.
Anderson has nearly 20 years of aviation experience. He entered the industry in 1987 at Continental Airlines, where he ultimately served as staff vice president and deputy general counsel. In 1990, Anderson began a 14-year career at Northwest Airlines where he served as vice president and deputy general counsel; senior vice president of Technical Operations and Airport Affairs; executive vice president and chief operating officer; and from 2001 to 2004, as chief executive officer.
Anderson joins Delta from his position as executive vice president of UnitedHealth Group, where he has worked for the past three years, and served as president of UnitedHealth’s Commercial Markets Group. He also serves as a director of Cargill Inc. and Medtronic Inc.
A native of Galveston, Texas, Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law. He and his wife, Susan, look forward to relocating to the Atlanta area this fall.

QinetiQ appoints US CEO Duane P Andrews
QinetiQ, the international defence and security technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Duane P. Andrews as chief executive officer of its North American operations, with effect from 22 June 2006.
Andrews was until recently chief operating officer at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), the $7.8bn Fortune 500 research and engineering company. He has built a distinguished career in defence and security both within the US government and in the private sector. Prior to joining SAIC in 1993, he was the US Department of Defense's (DOD) Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence. He has also served on various US national security advisory groups and was a professional staff member with the House of Representatives' Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Commenting on the appointment, QinetiQ's chief executive Graham Love said: "I am delighted to welcome to QinetiQ someone of Duane Andrews' extraordinary calibre. His extensive experience of developing business with the US government will be invaluable as he implements QinetiQ's growth strategy, working with our existing US companies and exploring further acquisitions potential."

Cessna Names Tom Aniello Marketing Vice President
Wichita, Kan., July 24, 2006 – Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, has named industry veteran Tom Aniello to succeed retiring Phil Michel as vice president, Marketing, effective Aug. 3. Aniello will be based at the company’s headquarters in Wichita and report to Roger Whyte, senior vice president, Sales and Marketing.
Aniello most recently served as vice president and chief marketing officer for Pilatus. He joined Pilatus in 2001 after eight years at Cessna in Wichita where he served in a number of sales engineering and marketing positions, most recently serving as e-Business director.
“All of us at Cessna are excited to have Tom return to Wichita to succeed Phil,” Whyte said. “He brings both an engineer’s focus for detail and a marketer’s penchant for creativity that will help tremendously as Cessna expands its product lineup and continues to enhance its position in a global marketplace.”
Aniello, 41, is a native of Titusville, Fla., and a graduate of the University of Kansas, holding a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering. Prior to his first tenure at Cessna, he was an engineer with General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas, (now Lockheed Martin) where he worked on several advanced fighter programs.
Aniello is a private pilot pursuing an instrument rating, and spends his spare time building a Hatz Classic biplane. Aniello is married and has three children.

Northrop Grumman Corporation announced that it has appointed David R. Apt, Catherine Lamb-Heinz and Daniel J. McClain as vice presidents of communications.
Apt was named as vice president of communications for the company's Technical Services sector and will report to James L. Cameron, corporate vice president and president of Technical Services. Lamb-Heinz was appointed vice president of communications for the Electronic Systems sector and will report to James F. Pitts, corporate vice president and president of Electronic Systems. McClain was named vice president of enterprise communications and will report to Darryl M. Fraser, corporate vice president of communications.
"These three talented, skilled and experienced communications executives bring proven track records to their new positions," said Fraser. "They have made important contributions to Northrop Grumman throughout their careers and I look to them to expand their impact in their new leadership positions."
Apt is responsible for all of the Technical Services sector's communications functions, including media relations, marketing communications, advertising, community relations, media services, and executive and employee communications. He has served as director of communications for Technical Services, headquartered in Herndon, Va., since March 2006.
"Dave brings to the forefront a unique combination of leadership and communication skills which are required to be successful in the extremely broad and highly competitive market space that our business operates," said Cameron. Apt has more than 33 years of communications and leadership experience and expertise from positions within industry, the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Apt commanded the Army Broadcasting Service, comprised of the American Forces Network-Europe, the American Forces Network-Korea and the American Forces Network-Honduras. He also served as chief of public affairs for the U.S. Army Forces Command during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and the United Nations Command/Combined Forces Command/U.S. Forces Korea.
Apt earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a master's degree in communications from Temple University, and a master's degree in resourcing national security strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Additionally, he completed one year of training with Turner Broadcasting Systems in Atlanta.

Appointed to the Federal Senior Executive Service in 1999, Rick Arbuthnot is recognized for his executive leadership and credited with introducing significant initiatives across the
Agency, such as the Competency Management System, Executive Succession Planning, and Manage to Budget. He is also recognized
for his expertise in organizational structure and design. Most recently, he managed all aspects of NASA’s Shared Services effort and has served as the Executive Director, NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC), since March, 2004.
As Executive Director, Rick managed the largest A-76 public-private procurement competition in the Agency’s history, as well as leading the Agency Transition Team, tasked with executing the minute details associated with consolidating
Agency-wide administrative activities across ten geographically dispersed centers in the areas of Human Resources (HR), Procurement, Financial
Management and Information Technology. In addition to leading the competition
and Agency transition activities, Rick now manages all aspects of activating
NASA’s newest field Center, including defining the organization structure and staffing the nearly 500-person organization, ensuring all facility, IT and business systems, including chargeback mechanisms, are in place to operate the organization. Further, Rick works tirelessly to build a public-private partnership
between NASA and the Service Provider, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), to ensure the organization is on track to provide the best possible services to NASA and it’s customers at the lowest possible price. In March 2007
the NSSC was nationally recognized by the International Quality and Productivity
Center as the Runner Up for the Best New Shared Services Organization (less than 3 years in operation) Excellence Award.
From 1999 – 2004, Rick served in a key leadership role at the Kennedy Space
Center (KSC), directing all aspects of human resources (HR) for approximately
1,800 highly trained engineers, administrative professionals and technicians, who
oversee the Nation's primary space launch center and its large supporting
contractor workforce of approximately 12,000 employees. He had project control
responsibility for the $187 million dollar annual compensation budget, which
included funds for salaries, training and development, and awards. He is
recognized for the cutting-edge initiatives he accomplished while managing the
NASA civil service HR program at the KSC, in the areas of HR management,
policy development, training, succession planning, workforce planning and skills
analysis, and knowledge management tools.
In addition to numerous performance and team awards, Rick received a
Presidential Meritorious Executive Rank Award in 2004, the NASA Exceptional Service Medal in 2001 and the NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal in 1996.
He also received two Vice-Presidential Hammer Awards, in 1995 and 1996, respectively.

Environment, Health and Safety, is a new organization designed to integrate and expand the focus of the separate environmental groups and initiatives that currently exist within the company. Armstrong had previously been president of Boeing's Shared Services Group (SSG).
Armstrong will report to John Tracy, senior vice president of Engineering, Operation & Technology. The new organization's activities will be guided by a new Environment, Health and Safety Strategy/Policy Council that includes Boeing Chairman, President and CEO Jim McNerney.
The new Environment, Health and Safety organization will combine the existing Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs (SHEA) functions of SSG with new functions focused on:
* Establishing enterprise strategies and objectives to address current and potential future environmental issues associated with Boeing products, services, facilities and technologies, and those of its business partners.
* Defining and implementing enterprise environmental management systems and tools for integrating environmental risk management into the company's core operating processes, such as design and manufacturing.
* Establishing standards, processes and guidelines for routinely tracking Boeing's and its business partners' performance to these environmental plans and objectives.
Armstrong, who was named president of SSG in 2004, has 23 years' experience at Boeing. Among the positions she has held during that time are vice president/general manager of Commercial Airplanes Fabrication, vice president/general manager of Boeing Aircraft Systems & Interiors, vice president of Boeing Facilities Services, and process engineer for Manufacturing R&D. She has bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Washington and University of Rochester, respectively.

Bruce Ashby entered the airline industry in 1987 as a consultant, and then full-time in 1989 as Manager Operations Research with United Airlines. He remained with United until 1995, serving in several positions, including Vice-President Financial Planning and Analysis and Vice-President Finance and Treasurer.
He then moved to Delta Airlines, as Vice-President Marketing Development.
In 1996, he joined US Airways as Vice-President Financial Planning and Analysis. In 1997, he was named its Senior Vice-President Planning and then, in 1999, Senior Vice-President Corporate Development and IT.
He served as US Airways’ Senior Vice-President Alliances from 2003 to early 2005 – as the airline joined Star Alliance – before stepping up to become Executive Vice-President Marketing. At the same time, he also led US Airways Express, the group’s regional operation, as its President, from 2003 to 2005.
During this time, he played a central role in the restructuring of US Airways out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy and negotiating and planning its merger with America West.
As the merger was completed in late 2005, he moved to India to launch Indigo as its CEO. After three years leading the Indian airline, he was recruited in late 2008 to serve as CEO of Saudi Arabia’s SAMA Airlines.

In her new role Ashworth will be responsible for maintaining effective relations between the company and the U.S. government.

Ashworth joins Northrop Grumman from GE Aviation, where she is vice president of its Washington Operations. Prior to joining GE Aviation, she was principal of the Ashworth Group.
Ashworth has more than 25 years experience in the legislative and executive government branches, including 14 years as a professional staff member with the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations. She also served as staff director of the Defense Subcommittee and staff director of the Military Construction Subcommittee. During Ashworth's tenure with the Defense Subcommittee, she was responsible for formulating funding and legislation recommendations for defense and intelligence spending in excess of $600 billion annually. She also worked as a civilian in the Department of the Army and was focused on resource management, force structure and strategy.
Ashworth earned a master's degree in business administration from Campbell University and a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Maryland. Jean-Marc ASTORG nommé Directeur des achats, recettes externes et affaires
juridiques du CNES
Jean-Marc ASTORG, Sous-directeur lanceurs à la Direction des lanceurs du CNES, est
nommé Directeur des achats, recettes externes et affaires juridiques du CNES, à
compter du 1er novembre, en remplacement de Pierre Lafuma.
Né le 2 décembre 1962, Jean-Marc Astorg est diplômé de l’Ecole Centrale des Arts et
Manufactures, Option thermique et DEA Energétique (1985).
Il entre au CNES en 1985, en tant que responsable technique des Protections Thermiques de
l’avion spatial HERMES.
En 1988 il devient adjoint au chef de projet de capsule CARIANE (véhicule inhabité de microgravité,
phases 0/A et B) et conduit des études de marché et de définition d’un véhicule
automatique passager auxiliaire d’ARIANE 5 pour la microgravité.
De 1991 à 1997 il est responsable des avant-projets de petits lanceurs et ingénieur d'affaires
responsable du développement du système de récupération des propulseurs d'ARIANE 5
(coopération européenne avec la Russie).
En 1997, Jean-Marc Astorg exerce la fonction de chef de la Division Projets Futurs, en charge
de la préparation des programmes de lanceurs conventionnels (Ariane 5 Plus) et de nouvelle
génération.
De 1998 à 2004, il accède au poste de chef de la Division Etage Supérieur Cryotechnique, et
est Chef de Projet du développement de l’étage ESC-A du lanceur ARIANE 5ECA depuis son
origine (avant-projet) jusqu’au premier vol.
En 2004, Jean-Marc Astorg est nommé sous directeur Futur, Recherche et Coopération avec
la Russie. Il gère entre autres l’équipe en charge de la préparation du futur à la Direction des
Lanceurs.
Parallèlement, de 2003 à 2008, il est Chef de projet "Soyouz en Guyane", et met notamment
en place l’organisation et le financement du programme Soyouz en Guyane avec l’ensemble
des partenaires (ESA, ARIANESPACE, ROSCOSMOS) et les pays européens participants
(344 M€ financés par 7 pays européens et ARIANESPACE). Il aura dirigé le projet Soyouz en
Guyane depuis son origine jusqu'à son premier lancement.
Depuis 2009, Jean-Marc Astorg occupait la fonction de Sous-directeur Lanceurs (Ariane 5,
Soyouz, Vega) et coordinateur Soyouz en Guyane, projet phare de la coopération spatiale

NOMINATION DU NOUVEAU DIRECTEUR GENERAL FRANCE EMIRATES : THIERRY AUCOC SUCCEDE A JEAN-LUC GRILLET.
Emirates, la compagnie aérienne internationale basée à Dubai, a nommé Thierry Aucoc nouveau Directeur Général France. Il succède à Jean-Luc Grillet qui a été nommé Senior Vice President Afrique au siège de la compagnie.
Thierry Aucoc était Vice-président Europe, Moyen-Orient et Afrique pour Alitalia et a réalisé toute sa carrière dans l’aérien chez UTA, Air France, à des postes à hautes responsabilités en France, en Europe et à l’étranger (Amérique du Nord et du Sud, ainsi qu’en Afrique du Sud).
Cette nomination souligne l’importance de la France dans la stratégie de développement de la compagnie. Elle concerne les deux vols quotidiens actuels opérés au départ de Paris CDG (l’un d’eux étant assuré par un Airbus A380), le vol quotidien assuré au départ de Nice, ainsi que la toute nouvelle liaison de la compagnie au départ de Genève intéressant tout l’Est de la France. Une nouvelle liaison au départ de la province devrait également être annoncée et de nouvelles fréquences au départ de Paris pourraient être ajoutées d’ici 2013, faisant suite aux accords bilatéraux signés en début d’année.

Sa grande expérience lui permettra de renforcer encore les activités commerciales de nos liaisons françaises”, a annoncé, à Dubai, Salem Obaidalla, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, Europe & Russian Federation.

Emirates opère actuellement deux vols quotidiens au départ de Paris CDG, l’un assuré par un A380 et l’autre par un Boeing 777-300ER, ainsi qu’un vol quotidien au départ de Nice avec actuellement un Airbus A330 qui sera remplacé, à partir du 30 octobre prochain, par un A340.

François Auque, né le 1 er juillet 1956, est membre du comité exécutif d’EADS et Président Exécutif (Chief Executive Officer, CEO) d'EADS Astrium.
Avant d´assumer cette fonction, François Auque avait occupé depuis 1999 les postes de directeur Financier (CFO) et de directeur de la division Espace d’Aerospatiale Matra, l’une des trois sociétés fondatrices d’EADS. Il y était en même temps membre du directoire.
François Auque avait commencé sa carrière à la Cour des comptes en 1983. Il fut ensuite membre du Board of Auditors des Nations Unies et par la suite, directeur financier de la banque La Hénin, puis directeur des affaires financières et du développement international chez Credisuez qui appartiennent tous deux au groupe Suez.
Il intégra Aérospatiale en 1991 comme directeur des affaires économiques et financières et fut nommé en 1998 directeur général adjoint chargé des affaires financières et stratégiques.

Hervé Austruy, 61 ans, est diplômé d’un doctorat d’Ingénieur Chimiste de l’Université de Chimie Toulouse.
Il est également diplômé de l’Institut d’Administration des Entreprises et d’un Master management de HEC.
Il a débuté sa carrière en 1975 chez SNPE comme ingénieur Matériaux. Après différentes fonctions techniques, il est nommé en 1998, Directeur Recherche et Technologie au centre de recherches du Bouchet (CRB).
En 2001, il devient Directeur général de CELERG (devenue ROXEL) filiale en charge de la Propulsion tactique.
En 2003, il est nommé Directeur Administratif et Commercial du G2P (GIE Snecma Propulsion Solide / SNPE Matériaux Energétiques).
Il rejoint SNPE Matériaux Energétiques en 2005, au poste de Directeur de la Business Unit Propulsion et est nommé Directeur général délégué de la société en 2007.

Alaska Airlines President Brad Tilden to Succeed Ayer
SEATTLE, Feb. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TheAlaska Air Group board of directors and Bill Ayer, chairman and chief executive officer, announced today that Ayer will retire as CEO of Air Group and its subsidiary carriers, Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air, effective at the company's annual shareholder meeting on May 15. Brad Tilden, a 21-year veteran at Air Group, will succeed Ayer as CEO of Air Group and the company's two airlines and will remain as president of Alaska Airlines. Ayer will continue to serve as chairman of the board.
"Brad's engaging leadership style, strong values and seasoned judgment have helped to fundamentally transform our company as we've navigated through some of the toughest challenges in commercial aviation history," Ayer said. "The time is right to implement a succession plan that's been in the works for several years and which the board and I believe will ensure that we continue to lead the industry in safety, customer service, operational and financial performance, and technological innovation."
Ayer, 57, has spent three decades at Air Group, including 10 years as CEO. In addition to serving as chairman of Air Group and its subsidiary boards, he will participate as a member of the NextGen Advisory Committee, a panel of aviation industry leaders who are working with the FAA to modernize the nation's air traffic control system and improve airport and airspace efficiency.
Tilden, who is 51, joined Alaska Airlines from Price Waterhouse in 1991. He was promoted to Air Group's chief financial officer in 2000, to executive vice president - planning and finance in 2007, and to president of Alaska Airlines in 2008. As president, Tilden has overseen the nation's seventh-largest airline, with 9,500 employees and 119 aircraft serving 61 destinations across the continental United States and in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico.
In addition to serving on the Alaska Air Group board, Tilden is a director of Flow International Corp., Pacific Lutheran University and the Chief Seattle Council of the Boy Scouts of America (where he will serve as council president beginning in March). He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University and an MBA from the University of Washington and is a private pilot.
Ayer, also a private pilot, joined Horizon in 1982 and has served in a variety of marketing, planning and operational posts at the regional carrier and Alaska Airlines. He was appointed CEO of Air Group and Alaska Airlines in 2002, succeeding John F. Kelly, and became chairman in 2003. Ayer, who is joining the University of Washington Board of Regents, is chairman of the Puget Energy board, serves on the UW Foster School of Business Advisory Board, and is a director of Angel Flight West and the Museum of Flight in Seattle.
